I had my jaw broken by an ex boyfriend about 2 years ago (who was 200 pounds and punched me in the head with me being 100 pounds) and I’m going into collections trying to pay off the expenses. It was fractured without displacement so these expenses are from evaluating and diagnosing the problem. This is just one of many bills there are 2 more and 1 is for $500 the other is around the same as the one above. But this listing is for only this bill of $399.00.
