Smiley inhales smoke from her e-pen and blows up clear balloons. She inhales slowly and get a lung full of smoke and exhales multiple times into the balloons, filling them up completely with smoke. Then she uses her nails and body to pop the balloons. After they pop they leave a big cloud of smoke behind.
