When the local townspeople report being horribly wedgied by a Devil on the loose, the gang knows they need to put a stop to it. Velma and Shaggy take it upon themselves to track down the panty-destroying Demon, but it proves harder than they thought. Velma decides to lure the Wedgie Devil by exposing her waistband and she herself then feels the Wrath of the Wedgie Devil.
