A behind-the-scenes glimpse as I take a quick break between shoots. The true pleasure for me lies in taking these little pauses, allowing myself to be more present when I'm recording. Lately, I've been stretching more frequently, fitting in stretches throughout the day. In this video, you’ll also catch a glimpse of my hairy armpits! I was listening to Parcels, one of my favorite bands. At one point, I ate some whipped cream—it was waiting to be enjoyed in the next video I was about to shoot. I’m thinking of starting yoga or running soon—my body craves more movement! :)
