
I present my 3 favorite glutes workout in this video. Firstly I do lot of squats in a face sitting view, then hips bridge with heels down and lifted, then donkey kicks on both side and I add one more for hamstrings stretching. All looks easy but all exercises requires core and slow movements. This is the way I do. Tempting squats in tight yoga pants, hot hips bridge with some flirty cameltoe view and donkey kicks to warm you up. Have fun!
