Normally this mask comes with a small breathing hole in it.  I think the manufacture thought I was crazy when I asked if they could make mine with no hole :P    Well, morale of the story is mine has no breathing hole which makes it much much more fun and challenging. Not to mention scary and talk about trying to hold off a full on panic attack but somehow being turned on by it all and having orgasms? Yea, I know... It doesn't make sense
