Scary and such a turn on. Can you imagine being tied down so tight that you can barely take a deep breath, then have nose plugs and tape over your mouth and not being able to move. And then being told you have to hold your breath for multiple multiple long minutes. I so excited when I'm being tied up and so nervous and at the same time I can't wait for it to all start.
