
You've been partying a little too much this weekend and now your body is feeling stiff. Well, wake up with mommy and follow along as you watch her do some simple yoga stretches in bed wearing cozy sweatpants and a crop top. First, bring your knees to your chest, then release them and let your legs fall open while you feel your breath in your diaphragm and your chest. Next we move on to some moves to loosen your tight back and neck muscles, twisting and stretching. Finally we take some deep breaths in and out as we lift our arms and feel our lungs opening.
