
So enjoy the feelings after stretch muscles so today had a decision to works on my splits a bit.Wear comfy white top,panties and high-knee and ready to start do exercises.Open legs wide in frog pose and start to stretch hips and booty while try to open legs lil more.Then go on a side and put legs out while stretch,first left then right.Love it!
