
If you haven't watched my free workout video, you can watch it here This is my favorite functional leg workout. Lately, I've been loving simple but multi-joint movements. I feel agile after them and I can feel my muscles getting a workout. I've always had a flexible body, but strength needs to be maintained. As in this balance is where health lies.
