SFW video! As many of you know, I have loss 200 lbs over the past 5 years! My body, mindset, and even lifestyle continues to change as I do! I focus in ‘holistic health’ (wholeistic) ~ meaning I look at all parts of my multifaceted self and do not focus on only one aspect of my health. Another pillar of my philosophy is to love myself and be very encouraging rather than discouraging and shame-based. This invites me to try different things without feeling like I ‘failed.’ I noticed that I had been recycling some old habits that wasn’t making me feel very good. So I asked what would make me feel better? And I thought switching up my meals, trying some new stuff, and empowering myself by taking responsibility for what goes into my body, even if I’m struggling/busy/having a hard time. <3 I unbox 3 full meals and 1 breakfast snack and talk about my own personal journey.
