
I continued to do my favorite morning workout. If you didn't see the beginning, you can watch this free video of part one It is very important to develop your hips and work on pelvic mobility. These exercises are simple but effective. I have not been doing these complexes for a very long time yet, but as someone with experience in exercise and with certain body issues, I can feel how they work. The hardest part about all of this is not being lazy. By the way, I so enjoy recording videos of my workouts. I will definitely continue to film and talk about my activities.
