

Today I trained for just 10 minutes, but I gave it my all. 45 seconds of effort, 15 seconds of rest. No repetitions. No excuses. Back, chest, and core — all activated. It’s not about how much time you have, It’s about what you do with it. When you move your body, you shift your energy, your mindset, your drive. Don’t wait to feel ready. Move. Breathe. Burn.
