Kelly Dundee is sticking with it! Remember, do what you can and you'll probably surprise yourself. Another 100 squats were done today with a medium resistance band followed by some stretching at the end.

Fantastic!!! Thanks for including the stretches at the end. I'm going to try adding the lunge stretch to my morning routine. I NEVER stretch as much as I should, so my muscles are all tight. Well, they were all tight until I started doing the stretch I learned from you!!! Great job Kelly on sticking with the challenge! Great job Ciren on including the 'jumps'. Seeing that always makes me smile. :) lol Day 15 is a smashing success and I'm already looking forward to day 16!
