Another 100 squats were done today with a medium resistance band followed by some stretching at the end.
Yes! Keep adding in those stretches, it's an absolute pleasure getting to hear about your progress including bits of this challenge into your daily life too.

Fantastic!!! Thanks for including the stretches at the end. I'm going to try adding the lunge stretch to my morning routine. I NEVER stretch as much as I should, so my muscles are all tight. Well, they were all tight until I started doing the stretch I learned from you!!!
