Wow, that was fantastic! That location is amazing!!!! You both did a good job knocking out the squats, and Kelly is keeping pace much better now. :) Of course, I love-ded the jumps! W00t!
Those quad stretches were the ones that really kicked my butt! I'll keep doing them, but man... did I really feel it!!! Anyway, awesome job on day 17! I just realized, since this is day 17, that means you've done 1,700 squats so far. INSANE!!!!
