
Day 21 completed for today! I am so sorry because I just rambled on this haha but thats it with me once I start talking I cant stop. I just like to be open with you guys so you can really get to know me, hence why I talk about being bloated because it's ok and it passes. We all have them days but we gotta stay positive and strong. You are all amazing remember that ❤️ So I decided to mix it up with some banded squats and then jumping squats too. I really felt this tension on my glutes and legs today and it was great to get my heart facing with the slight cardio mixed in. I hope you enjoy and happy Tuesday mwah xoxox
