Ok, I just did my exercises and FINALLY, I had to tap out!!! lol I did 25 of those leg lifts and had to stop and catch my breath for the remaining 25. Ciren, thanks for the tip on bending my knees. I actually had to do that. That, combined with my lack of coordination made for a very challenging exercise! I completed everything, though, so I'm happy about that. :)

Ciren, you did 50 floors on the stair climber in 14 minutes? Were you jogging or something? lol That's crazypants!!!! #beastmode Must be starting your training for next year's Samson challenge already. :) Seriously, that's quite the accomplishment!
