Yes!!! Super proud of you for sticking with it too! As you can see, keeping up with it, makes it all accessible to do, even when we aren't up for it, our bodies know we can do it.
First, THANK YOU for pushing through and continuing the challenge, even when you're not really up for it. *I*, at least, appreciate your dedication to it as that inspires and motivates *me* to stick with it too! I'll do my exercises in a minute, but I wanted to post this first. :)
