Replying to your below comment - it won't let anyone DM shop owners first unless they pay for MV premium, it only lets us respond back to you if you DM first.
As for just placing the order, the typical process is to discuss the custom with the actress instead of just placing the order, in case its something they don't want to do. If we just place it and you don't want to do it, it will only refund in MV credit, not in actual money.
