As a recent Custom Video client of Alex, I can say that I absolutely got a fabulous result that was completed quickly and without issue. If I were forced to say something negative about the experience it's that I want to make another one immediately but my wallet protests (I had to buy new tires, cost 2x what the custom did and not nearly as fun.)
