I'm sure Nelly could do an excellent custom, but good luck waiting for it. 3 times I ordered and she never delivered. I always had to get MV involved to get a credit. But this is the last time. There are plenty of lovely women on this platform. So if you don't want to have your money tied up for a period of time, only to find out that you will not get your custom, then I advise against ordering one from Nelly to begin with.
